It is the responsibility of the user to read and accept the Terms and Conditions before purchasing travel services through the travelSavingstoday.com website (the “site”).

Users of this site shall be referred to as “the customer” in these Terms and Conditions.

1. Pricing and Content

Prices quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) funds or as noted and priced per person or as indicated. Airport fees, where applicable, are not included in the pricing. All prices on this site are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing and availability on all packages and flights is not guaranteed until confirmed and ticketed. Should there be a discrepancy between the price shown on the site and that of the actual tour operator/airline selling price, the latter shall prevail.

All information content, such as hotel and destination information, on this site is provided only as a guideline and may not be an exact representation. The rating(s) that are indicated by various properties are controlled by the tour operators – we recommend you, the customer, to select properties with the highest star (4+) ratings. Remember, the standard in North America may be higher than the accommodations being offered in the various countries you will be experiencing, but this is also the fun of experiencing new cultures and/or destinations.

2. Payment

Payment for online bookings is required in full at time of purchase. Online purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards. Airfare and vacation packages are 100% non-refundable. Contact our travel consultants at 1-877-273-8228 should you prefer to pay by other means. All fraudulent purchases will be investigated and prosecuted.

3. Confirmation and Delivery

After a purchase is made, the customer will receive an email confirming the purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the spelling of the name(s) is listed exactly as it appears in the legal document that will be carried and that the travel product(s) is correct as purchased. As a safety check, travelSavingstoday.com will contact the customer (email or telephone) to re-confirm the details of their purchase and advise when you, the customer, can expect the travel documents to arrive.

Notation of frequent flyer numbers, meal, seats and other requests are strictly “on-request” only with the request being forwarded to the applicable tour operators/airlines – but not guaranteed. We will do our best, but apologize in advance, if the tour operators/airlines fail to fulfill those requests.

4. Documentation

It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain necessary travel documents such as passports and visas. Passports may be required to be valid for 6 months longer than intended travel time. Returning Canadian residents must present a valid Canadian travel document in order to re-enter Canada . It is recommended that the document used is a valid Canadian passport or Canadian Permanent Resident Card. For use of other documents please check with our Travel Consultants at 1-877-273-8228.

Children 18 and under travelling alone or with only one parent must have a notarized letter of authorization signed by the parent who is not travelling or if both parents are not travelling with the child, this note must be signed by both parents.

5. Third Party Suppliers and Other Links

All travel packages, airfares and hotels displayed on this site are supplied to travelSavingstoday.com by various third party suppliers (tour operators, airlines, partners) and in turn you, the customer, are subject to their Terms and Conditions. travelSavingstoday.com is not responsible for incidents brought upon or caused by any of the third party suppliers.

It is the responsibility of the customer to refer to the appropriate third party supplier for the Terms and Conditions that are specific to their travel services.

6. Age and Responsibility

You, the customer, must be of legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability that may incur as a result of the use of this site. Users of this site must agree to all of the terms and conditions listed on this page in order to use this site.

travelSavingstoday.com has the same responsibilities as a travel agency and, as such, offers the services of providing travel information and reservations, as provided by various third party suppliers, to the customer.

This site is the intellectual property of travelSavingstoday.com and/or its third party providers. Some of the content found on this site is owned and governed by third party providers or distributors. None of the content or data found on this site may be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, transferred or modified without the express written permission of travelSavingstoday.com and its third party providers or distributors.

All contents of this site, including, but not limited to travelSavingstoday.com, are trade names or trademarks owned by Times Square Travel Ltd. or its subsidiaries, or trade names or trademarks licensed to them. All rights reserved. Any unauthorized downloading, re-transmission, or other copying, modification or use of trademarks and/or the contents of the site may be a violation of federal or other law that may apply to trademarks and/or copyrights and could subject the copier to legal action.
