How will my travel documents be delivered?

This depends on the delivery method you’ve selected during the booking process. The documents can be picked up in the airport or sent by regular mail or, if you prefer, by XpressPost (at an additional cost).

We recommend that you print your confirmation screen after a booking is completed, as this will act as your receipt. A travelSavingstoday.com Travel Consultant will contact you the next business day to confirm the details and advise you regarding document delivery.

What if there is a problem with my booking/documents?

Please contact us immediately and we will see what we can do to help. Please note that once a booking is completed, it is subject to strict cancellation penalties depending on the number of days until departure and the tour operator you’ve chosen. These penalties vary by tour operator and in some cases, the bookings can be 100% non-refundable. We recommend that you carefully plan your travel dates and make sure you have proper documentation before booking your travel arrangements.

travelSavingstoday.com shows only options that are available at that particular moment so if the product is sold out, it will not be listed. You could either consider other options that are available or if you’re very keen on the dates/resorts that you’ve found, you may call our Travel Consultants and they will see what they could do to help. Depending on the requests, concierge fees may apply.
